This page explains what information this website collects, who receives it, and which outside services are involved.
When you use the availability form on the Book page, we collect what you enter:
Your submission is sent by email to JP Wilson's booking agent, John Leach, so he can reply about availability and show details. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and arrange a booking. We do not sell your information.
This site is hosted on Webflow, and the booking form is processed by Webflow Forms. Webflow receives your form submission, stores it in the site's form records, and sends the notification email. Like any web host, Webflow's servers handle standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type when you visit. Webflow's hosting network may set strictly necessary security cookies.
The booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, provided through Webflow, to check that a submission comes from a person and not a bot. To do this, Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser and device when the form page loads. It does not ask you to solve a puzzle in most cases.
Performance videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you play a video, or follow a link to watch it on YouTube, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect information about your viewing under its own privacy policy.
No analytics tools and no Meta Pixel or other advertising trackers are installed on this website.
To ask about the information you sent us, or to ask us to correct or delete it, contact John Leach at johnericleach@gmail.com or (405) 532-5799. Please include enough detail for us to find your inquiry.
